Editor’s Note:

These histories have been compiled to preserve a part of the heritage of the Stevens and Croot families.  Over time it is hoped that something can be discovered about the Eveleigh and Warren branches of the family and more on the history of the Day family. It is hoped that by having these stories publicly accessible, we may make contact with these branches and so continue to add to and expand our knowledge of the family.
